Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to LgaooPlants. We take great care in packing and delivering healthy live plants. As plants are living and perishable products, we follow the policy below.
No Returns
All plant purchases are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Minor natural variations in plant size, shape, or color
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive:
- A wrong product, or
- A damaged or dead product due to transit,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
After verification, we will arrange a return and replacement of the product. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
